New Lotus initiative

From today, 1 October, Lotus is the star of a new promotion inviting fans of the brand to give voice to their passions. The protagonists of the initiative are the Lotus Watches collections, the steel jewellery of the Lotus Style line and the silver jewellery signed Lotus Silver. With the purchase of a Lotus, Lotus Style and/or Lotus Silver product with a minimum value of 99 euros, the customer will have the opportunity to get two experiences as a gift to choose from the multiple proposals offered by the promotion in the Talent or Sport areas. "The centrality of the customer in our approach to the market has once again led us to conceive an action that enriches the customer's experience in purchasing and in life. This new activity involves and stimulates our buyers to engage in activities that express their passions and interests. For the Group, offering quality products at a fair and consistent price is the main lever to win and retain customers. With these initiatives we emphasise this strength of ours,' comments Paolo Galimberti, General Manager of Festina Italia. The mechanism of the promotion is simple and intuitive: following the purchase, the customer is invited to connect to the dedicated website www.passion-time.com and enter the information requested in the form, including the photo of the receipt together with the purchased product. Afterwards, the customer will be able to access the selection of activities divided into two macro categories, Talent, which includes a choice of dance, photography and painting lessons, and Sport, which includes, among others, boxing, spinning, tennis and much more. It is no coincidence that the promotion's claim is 'Discover your passion with Lotus'. The promotion was realised in collaboration with the agency TLC Marketing - active in reward marketing campaigns - and will also be supported in the latter part of the year by a national television campaign.
