Available in Italy is the P'6930 The Chronograph by Porsche Design. The case, 47 millimetres in diameter, is made of titanium, a material distinguished by its lightness and resistance to corrosion. The bezel and back are secured to the case middle by four externally screwed bolts. As with the Indicator or the P'6920 The Rattrapante, many elements of The Chronograph model are inspired by the design of the Porsche Carrera GT: for example, echoing the grooved aesthetics of the Porsche Carrera GT's pedals, the two chronograph pushers offer an optimal grip, and the same can be said of the crown, which is screwed down, decorated with a clous de Paris motif and made of titanium with a black PVD treatment; the rubber strap is profiled on the inside like the asymmetrical tread of the tyres mounted on the Carrera GT, ensuring good air circulation around the wrist, closed by a PVD-treated titanium folding clasp; the sapphire crystal caseback allows a view of the Valjoux 7750 automatic movement, finely decorated with circular-graining and mirror finish, with a personalised Porsche Design rotor with energy optimiser, echoing the design of the Porsche Racing wheels. The Chronograph is available in two versions, one in polished/sandblasted titanium with a PVD-treated bezel and another with a PVD-treated case.
