Richard Mille and Ferrari: Winning partnership

Founded in 1947 by the great Enzo Ferrari, the Maranello-based company has always been at the forefront, striving for excellence both on and off the track. The partnership agreement with Richard Mille is based on shared values: both brands, in fact, draw their inspiration from the highest expression of technology, combining important know-how with cutting-edge projects and the passion that leads to true excellence in their respective fields. The multi-year agreement takes the form of participation in the most important championship in motor racing, namely Formula 1, but not only. The partnership between the two manufacturers also covers endurance racing (such as the WEC, the World Endurance Championship), GT competitions, the Ferrari Challenge, as well as the Ferrari Driver Academy and a rapidly growing category, represented by the Ferrari Esports Series. The commitment doesn't end there, however, as Richard Mille will not only support the Ferrari Driver Academy, a fertile ground for discovering and nurturing new talent, but will also be an active supporter of the Ferrari Challenge, a single-model championship that since 1993 has allowed thousands of gentleman drivers to take to the track and compete all over the world. In the purely watchmaking sphere, the coming years will obviously see the development of a specific range of Richard Mille models created thanks to the close collaboration between the Geneva-based company's team and Ferrari's design studios. Speaking of this new partnership, Richard Mille said: "Everyone knows that Ferrari is an iconic brand with an incredible history and an immense following, from legendary fans to the many classic car collectors. We see this as a true collaboration with multiple developments to be undertaken on our watches with the Ferrari designers and engineers. The entire team is thrilled about the opportunity to work with Ferrari and is committed to creating a strong and passionate synergy. Mattia Binotto, Managing Director and Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari, added: "I am very pleased with this new multi-year partnership. Ferrari and Richard Mille have many values in common, from technology to the use of similar materials, as well as the passion we put into conceiving and designing our products. Both brands bear the name of their founder and represent their dreams and visions. The collaboration will be far-reaching and I am particularly pleased that it will also extend to the Ferrari Driving Academy. Richard Mille is a great racing enthusiast and shares our commitment to bringing talented young drivers to the top and attracting the next generation to motorsport.
