On 11 December, in Madrid, Jorge Lorenzo dedicated an entire day to social commitment and fans, together with Sector No Limits. The first appointment of the day was at El Corte Ingles in calle Princesa, where the rider met the fans signing autographs. The day continued with a brunch for press and VIPs at the 'Sandra Ibarra de Solidaridad Frente al Cáncer' Foundation, of which Jorge Lorenzo has been a firm supporter for several years. Attending the event together with the MotoGP champion was Sandra Ibarra, founder of the foundation that has been fighting breast cancer for years. Many well-known Spanish and international faces took part, such as the models Lorena Van Heerde and Marisa Jara, the bullfighter Oscar Higares, the footballer Fernando Hierro Chendo and the TV presenters Nico Abad and Melissa Jiménez .
Sector has reconfirmed the Moto GP champion as its testimonial for 2014: a partnership that began in 2013 with the special edition of watches bearing the anagram "JL" (Watch 850 Special Ediction).
