In collaboration with Handicap International, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, Sevenfriday has created the M1/05 Freedom Off-Series. The M1/05 watch is a special version of the M-series, the production of which is limited to 100 pieces worldwide. All proceeds will be used by Handicap International to de-mining Laos, where the mere freedom to walk on one's own land represents a deadly risk. Every watch sold will de-mining an area equivalent to 4 tennis courts; every 100 watches sold will de-mining an area equivalent to 10 football stadiums (equivalent to 82,000 square metres). As a brand focused on the global community, Sevenfriday believes in freedom as a mindset and in taking social responsibility. In support of the brave people in cleaning up the mined land, the house also set up the #freetowalk project to raise awareness of the issue and launched the M1 / 05 last November to raise the necessary funds. We encourage everyone to share their #freetowalk video to draw attention to this important initiative. The M1 / 05 Freedom Off-Series is sold in Sevenfriday lounges (Beijing, Mexico, Abu Dhabi, Myanmar, Philippines, Jakarta), by distributors, retailers and via e-commerce. In addition, this model is equipped with an NFC chip that allows you to authenticate your watch via the Sevenfriday smartphone App. By downloading this App. through a smartphone equipped with an NFC chip, it will be possible to immediately verify the originality of the watch purchased. With these chip-equipped models, you can be sure that you have not purchased a fake. Owners of a chip-equipped Sevenfriday can register their watch via the Sevenfriday App. Registered watches are marked as their own and added to the App list. Over time, a very useful set of after-sales services and community functions will be implemented for registered owners.
