This 2009 marked the 40th birthday of one of the most important mechanical movements in the history of watchmaking, the El Primero by Zenith (first integrated high-frequency automatic chronograph). Among the various anniversary celebrations, the Maison also chose the red clay of Milan's Harbour Club, where the ATP Challenger International Tournament (13-21 June), which for the second time benefited from the Swiss House's promotion, had just concluded. Here, guests were able to admire a preview of the Zenith New Vintage 1969 The Original's Collection, the celebratory limited edition dedicated to the El Primero Movement and inspired by the original model, from the glittering windows of the Club House.
