Garmin launches the new epix

The new epix sportwatch from Garmin is offered in different versions according to the materials used. The reinforced polymer case measures 47 x 47 mm and is available in variants called Slate Stainless Steel (with a stainless steel bezel and back), Carrera White Titanium and Black Carbon Gray DLC Titanium (with a titanium bezel and back), all of which are combined with a silicone strap. The Black Carbon Gray DLC Titanium variant uses a Chestnut leather strap. Perfect for everyday use, the new Garmin epix features a sapphire crystal glass or reinforced crystal glass to protect the display, depending on the version. The graphic interface is provided by the 1.3-inch always-on Amoled display. This sportswatch is equipped with the most advanced training functions, perfect for functional strength training with convenient animated exercises, cardio and yoga. Included in the feature set are wrist-detected heart rate (with configurable thresholds and alerts), respiration and stress monitoring, sleep quality tracking with scoring and insights, as well as Body-Battery daily energy analysis.
