As of 10 May, Nayla Hayek, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of The Swatch Group Ltd. took over as CEO of Harry Winston, Inc. Ms Hayek had already been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the brand at the time of its acquisition by the Swatch Group in March 2013.
