50 ans Medecins Sans Frontieres

Médecins Sans Frontières, a humanitarian non-governmental organisation focused on providing medical relief and assistance to people in all places in the world where the right to care is not guaranteed, was founded in Paris in 1971. The first mission in a conflict zone took place during the civil war in Lebanon, when doctors and nurses spent months treating the wounded on both sides in the basement of a clinic.
