The new Vacheron Constantin Overseas World Time displays the time in 37 time zones including those offset by half an hour or a quarter of an hour from UTC time. Three dial versions are offered: blue, silvered or chocolat, all in a 43.5-millimetre steel case with a soft-iron ring to protect against magnetic fields. The display is divided into three parts: in the centre, the map of the northern hemisphere representing the continents and oceans, combined with the translucent lacquered disc showing the names of the cities. The third sapphire disc, superimposed on the map and synchronised with the 24-hour disc, provides the day/night indication thanks to the gradual smoky effect. Finally, the translucent lacquered outer ring with velvet-effect finish indicates the minute track.
The movement is the automatic calibre 2460 WT with a rose gold oscillating weight inspired by the compass rose.
