Paying tribute to the centenary of Naval Aviation, the new Pilot Montre d'Aéronef Type 20 GMT from Zenith is inspired by the historical models produced by the company in the past. One of the similarities with its predecessors is the large fluted screw-down crown, which made it easier for pilots to wind and set the time while wearing aviator gloves. In addition, the blue colour of the technical fabric strap is reminiscent of the uniforms of the gallant officers of the Naval Aviation. But that's not all: even the case back is engraved with a medallion bearing the Naval Aviation coat of arms, the centenary logo and the inscription "Limited Edition". The number of pieces produced (50 in all) is however indicated on the case middle and is expressed in Roman numerals. Great legibility on the dial, thanks to the use of large Arabic numerals coated with SuperLuminova, as are the hands. The heart of this timepiece, equipped with the indication of a second time zone, is the self-winding Zenith Elite 693 movement, housed inside a steel case guaranteed water-resistant to 10 atmospheres.
