Garmin has released its first analogue watch, which combines a more traditional look with wellness functionality and the collection of useful information for monitoring one's lifestyle. There are two bands on the dial: the blue one, on the left, shows the daily percentage that the user achieves in relation to the step target, identified and customised to the user's actual level of physical activity. The red one, on the right, shows how long one has been sitting: after an hour and a half of inactivity half a bar appears, which then increases by one segment every additional 15 minutes of sitting. It only takes a couple of minutes of walking to reset the bar. It also makes it possible to analyse and learn about the quality of one's rest by monitoring sleep phases and nocturnal movements. All the information recorded can then be consulted in detail on your smartphone (where compatible) via Bluetooth and through Garmin Connect Mobile, the application of Garmin Connect, the platform dedicated to sport and fitness. The battery life is one year. It is offered in three versions, differentiated by the type of strap and case construction material: Sport, Classic and Premium. Interchangeable straps in different colours and materials are available separately. Available exclusively in selected watch shops, vívomove is on sale for €169.99 in the Sport version, €219.99 in the Classic version and €299.99 in the Premium version.
