Among the sportiest (though not in the strictest sense of the word) and most versatile watches from Nomos Glashütte, Ahoi also retains its characteristics in the neomatik versions (which identify the brand's slim and innovative automatic calibres) in the version with a date display: a robust case that is water-resistant to 200 metres and has protective straps for the screw-down winding crown.
Sporty and classic at the same time, with its 38.5 mm case and 9.9 mm thickness, the Ahoi neomatik 38 Date is a watch suitable for all occasions, from the formal to the more dynamic.
Bringing freshness to the dial are two new shades perfectly in line with the summer season: sky blue and sand colour with a metallic glow. The indices and hands with green luminescence ensure excellent legibility even in the dark. A touch of orange is provided by the small seconds hand at 6 o'clock. The date is indicated in a window at 3 o'clock. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides.

Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, it is equipped with a proprietary Swing-System escapement, bidirectional winding rotor, balance on two bearings, three-quarter plate and patented date adjustment. The power reserve is 42 hours. Nomos has specially adapted it for use on the Ahoi neomatik 38 date.
It is fastened to the wrist by a fabric strap (blue/black for the Sky version, dark grey for the Sand version) that is extremely water-resistant and custom-made in France. The Ahoi neomatik 38 date Sky and the Ahoi neomatik 38 date Sand are both on sale for €3,820.
