New corporate structure for De Bethune

De Bethune is preparing to sell the majority of its capital to a consortium of investors led by Pierre Jacques, the brand's former CEO, and Giovanni Perin, a private investor. As part of this transaction, Denis Flageollet, co-founder and Coo of De Bethune, will retain a stake in the company, while David Zanetta, the other co-founder, has decided to sell his shares in full after retiring from the company last year on reaching his 70th birthday. "We are delighted to join forces with ideal partners to support our long-term development projects," said Flageollet himself. "Pierre Jacques, who already headed the company for five years from 2011 to 2015, has had a long experience and profound knowledge of the Maison. Having him now as shareholder, CEO and chairman of the board of directors will be immensely beneficial for De Bethune'.
